What you're going through shouldn't be downplayed.

Sometimes you might not dare to admit to yourself certain fears—and maybe even find yourself crying without knowing why.Or perhaps you wonder where the woman you were a few months ago has gone.

Maybe you love being pregnant. Or maybe not. Maybe some days you feel radiant, and other days you feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and a little lost amid all these new changes.

All of this is normal and has a right to exist.

Maman & Moi was designed for moments like these.

To support you throughout your pregnancy, but also through the extreme exhaustion of the first few weeks after giving birth. Through the emotional turmoil and doubts that overwhelm you—the so-called “matrescence.” Through the “baby clash” and the tensions that are sometimes inevitable within a couple. And through that strange feeling of losing sight of yourself, of living only through your baby.

Just you, cared for and pampered.

thought with the heart.

Designed to be by your side

Women First: Here, you are your top priority. Your feelings, your identity, your relationship with your body, your well-being. Because a woman who takes care of herself is a more serene mother. You are important—completely and entirely—regardless of the responsibilities you bear.

Reality, Unfiltered: This book addresses the reality of the postpartum period without idealizing it. What you’re going through is the reality for many women; equipping yourself with the right tools will help you overcome the challenges you’ll face with wisdom and compassion. Because feeling understood is more comforting than feeling judged.

12 months of support: From your first ultrasound to your baby’s first few months. The postpartum period is an intense time—and it’s often when you feel the loneliest. You’ll get through it with some guidance that you can keep using long after.

I didn't create this planner because I had all the answers. I created it because I missed having one.

Much more than just a planner

As you turn the pages, you'll write—a letter to the woman you'll become in a few months.

A first letter to your baby, even before you meet him or her. Your thoughts, your fears, and your little victories.

Words you'll speak without yet realizing just how important they'll be to you later on.

Something you'll keep & read again and again.

In a year, or five years, you'll open these pages again. You'll see the woman you were at that moment—and you'll be proud of how far you've come.

Your mark, yours.

WHO IS BEHIND "
" BY MAMAN & MOI

Behind this planner

My name is Fatima, and I’m a mother of two. When I became a mother, I looked for support—a “permanent” resource that could offer me, as a woman, guidance as I took on the role of a mother. Since I couldn’t find one, I decided to write it myself.

Yes. Just start with the month you're in. Every page is useful, no matter how far along you are. The postpartum section will come next.

This planner is there for you in real life—not just in some idealized version. There’s room for both your joys and your sorrows, for the happiest days as well as the toughest ones. Use it however you need to, at your own pace.

Absolutely. Nothing is mandatory. Some pages can be filled in with just three words; others with a single checkmark. You take what speaks to you and leave the rest. The planner adapts to you.

No. It’s a supportive companion, not a substitute for care from your midwife or doctor. It helps you get organized and refocus on yourself, but health advice is still best left to the professionals.

What a great idea! The planner is for personal use, so just send me a message—I'd be happy to work with you to figure out the best way to give it as a gift.
